Abstract
Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan publik di Indonesia merupakan fenomena yang dinamis, bervariasi, dan kompleks. Temuan utama mencakup beragamnya tingkat partisipasi, perubahan cara masyarakat berpartisipasi melalui teknologi, pentingnya peran pemangku kepentingan, hambatan yang perlu diatasi, pentingnya kualitas partisipasi, dan tantangan kebijakan publik yang semakin kompleks. Dalam konteks ini, rekomendasinya mencakup peningkatan akses terhadap informasi, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, penggunaan teknologi untuk memfasilitasi partisipasi, perlindungan aktivis, peran yang kuat dari masyarakat sipil, evaluasi berkala, dan kolaborasi multisektor. Upaya bersama ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat peran partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengambilan kebijakan publik, mendukung demokrasi yang lebih kuat, dan mengatasi tantangan kebijakan yang semakin kompleks di Indonesia.
